Year 2002 had seen the launch of the most successful SUV in India; Year 2010 saw the launch of its chronicle, which took the reader through Scorpio’s journey so far. The proud SUV took another step into stardom with the unveiling of a premium, special edition `Scorpio Coffee Table Book’ at the Auto Expo in Delhi. The ‘Coffee Table Book’ was proudly unveiled by the Film actor Ajay Devgan - Scorpio’s first customer, and Anand Mahindra, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Mahindra Group.

Scorpio has been much acclaimed in India; naturally the book about its journey was appreciated too. Not only was it immensely popular in India, but it also won awards abroad. The ‘Scorpio Book’ was entered by Silverpoint, (one of Haymarket’s regular print partners in India) at the International SAPPI awards in Taiwan. It won the prestigious bronze medal at the awards.
